What's included in a classroom rental?
All rentals include classroom access, seating, climate control, WiFi, and parking. Coffee and water are available.
Can I rent both classrooms at once?
Yes! Renting both rooms gives you a combined 60-person capacity space. This is great for large events, workshops with breakout sessions, or programs that need multiple training areas. Pricing is available for combined rentals.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 14 days notice for cancellations with full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We understand emergencies - contact us to discuss special circumstances.
Do you provide catering services?
We don't provide in-house catering, but we have excellent local vendor recommendations for food and beverage service. Our space is fully catering-friendly with access to tables, serving areas, and refrigeration options.
Is the facility accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, absolutely. The classrooms are fully accessible with wheelchair-friendly entrances, accessible restrooms, and plenty of accessible parking. We're happy to discuss specific accommodations needed for your group.
What happens if I need to extend my rental?
We do our best to accommodate extensions based on availability. Contact us as soon as you know you'll need more time. Extensions are charged at our hourly rate and depend on the next scheduled event.
Can I set up before my rental start time?
Yes, we can arrange early access for setup (usually available 30 minutes to 1 hour before your official start time). This is subject to availability and should be confirmed when booking.
What are your rental hours?
Standard rental hours are 8am–6pm. Evening and weekend rentals are available with advance notice. We're closed Mondays but can arrange Monday rentals for larger, multi-day events.
Do you have a capacity limit?
Our main classroom holds up to 40 people comfortably.
Is there parking available?
Yes, ample free parking is available for you and your attendees. We have accessible parking spaces near the entrance and plenty of general parking in our lot.
